Domestic Orders Table

At this time, we can ship to street addresses (all shipping methods) and P.O. boxes within the 50 United States (Priority Mail to PO Boxes). International customers, please read this policy. Customer is responsible for correctness in mailing address. Please be sure your address is correct before submitting your order. We will not be responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address.

Order Processing
• Unless otherwise noted, Orders received before 12:00 noon  EST.
Monday through Friday usually are processed the same day.

• Orders received after 12:00 p.m. EST on Friday, Saturday or on Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional 1-2 days.

Delivery Confirmation

Buyer specifically agrees that US Postal Service (USPS) Delivery Confirmation and/or Signature Confirmation or United Parcel Service (UPS) confirmation of delivery constitutes irrefutable proof of delivery. In the event that buyer requests that their purchase be delivered to an address other than the billing address of record for the credit card used for the corresponding transaction, buyer agrees to assume all risk and agrees that USPS Delivery Confirmation and/or Signature Confirmation with or without purchasers signature or UPS proof of delivery with or without purchasers signature, shall constitute irrefutable proof of delivery.

International Orders
For orders outside the United States, our preferred carrier is United States Postal Service Air Mail. For international orders, we use a single rate. The rate is based on the median weight of our typical packages. Orders over 2 lbs. may incur extra shipping charges. Receiver is responsible for duty and/or VAT.

Restrictions & Limitations 

• It is your responsibility of the receiver to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country. You will not get a refund on the shipping of your package if it is refused by customs. Additionally, you will be charged the shipping fee for the package to be returned to us. 
• If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized, you are still responsible for the shipping charges plus a 15 percent restocking fee. 
• You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your own country. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form.

We are a Fraud Smart Site and pursue fraudulent orders to the full extent of the law in all countries. We screen diligently for credit card fraud.

Items on back order

If some of the items in your order are temporarily out of stock, we will ship the available items and place the others on back order. We will ship back ordered items when they become available.

If you decide you no longer want to purchase the back-ordered items, email us referencing your order number. If some of the items in your order have already been shipped, your account has already been billed for those items and all shipping costs. When you choose to Cancel Back Order, the remaining items will not be shipped or credit will be issued to your account.

In the event that any order is returned to us as unclaimed or undeliverable, customer is responsible for all shipping costs plus a 20% restocking fee.
